Bollhayes Cider was established in 1988 by the existing owner and currently produces both sparkling cider and perry, still bottled cider and bag-in-box and pouched draught cider. Its primary route to market is through trade fairs / farmer’s markets etc, although there are a number of trade customers, and sales are also made through its website.

The business has been run on a lifestyle basis and for the last 7 years, the owner has not been involved on a day-to-day basis. Operations and management are handled by 2 self-employed personnel, each on a part-time basis.
