Financial Highlights

– Generated a YE23 turnover of €13m, with an adjusted EBITDA of €846k.

– Turnover is projected to increase to €18m by YE25, with the adjusted EBITDA rising to €2.5m.

– The companies have retained lucrative customer relationships throughout Europe, the USA and Australia with many core customers placing recurring orders.

– Six pipeline opportunities are set to generate in excess of €1.4m from 2024.
