Innerleithen is a county town of Peeblesshire, Scotland, and Home to Traquair House.
The village is just a few miles from the popular tourist town of Peebles, and only 25 miles south of Edinburgh. The St Ronans occupies a commanding position in the centre of the Village.

St Ronans is a traditionally built terraced property set over three floors which dates back to the early 1800’s. There is a separate entrance at the front or can be accessed through the bar lounge area. The Pub is a typical welcoming local’s bar, it is well maintained with several seating areas, a wood burner and large tv, and pool table room. This leads to an extensive beer garden with glorious views up to the hills. There is a dining room with 20 covers with a large well-equipped kitchen.

There are 7 letting bedrooms, all which have en-suite facilities. The rooms are set over the first and second floor. All the rooms are well presented and furnished. All rooms have hospitality trays and TVs.

This could be used also as guest accommodation providing a strong additional revenue stream. There is also ample room to build another wooden cabin beside the existing chalet as the services have already been laid in.
