Operating as an FCA authorised Appointed Representative for circa 420 clients, with the majority of insurance income from managed blocks.
The Block & Estate Management and Landlord Insurance operate from leased offices, centrally located and owned by the vendors pension fund. A Freehold sale could be considered, if required.
