The bus is entered via the front door and past the driver’s seat there is a chilled drinks display, stairs lead to the first-floor seating area and there are saloon style doors to the kitchen.

The kitchen is a stainless-steel kitchen with a serving hatch which has a canopy over.

The kitchen has hotplate, gridle, double fryer, integrated extractor fan, under counter fridges and freezers, stainless steel preparation area, salad chillers, double sink, coffee machine, milkshake machine, bubble waffle machine.

On the first floor there is seating for 35 across 9 tables.

The table to the rear gives seating for up to 9 and the table to the front has a special extending feature. There is also a drink display fridge.

For safety reasons there is a fire escape and the bus does have air conditioning also CCTV system.

The bus also come with a trailer which has a 1000 litre water tank and a 15 KW LPG generator.

The bus can also be hooked up to the mains having 2 and 3 phase electric.

The premises has enough room for up to 4 staff.

The bus currently sits at a main shopping centre in Peterborough and is open from noon – 10 pm Monday to Saturday and noon – 6 on Sundays. It is used as an everyday diner but also used for corporate events and parties attracting all age groups. The bus could also be used for events and festivals.
