They’re an RIBA Chartered Architects, offering full architectural services to both private and commercial clients with extensive experience of residential and leisure golf courses and holiday developments.

The sale of the business includes the current website, but this hasn’t been updated for 3/4 years, so a new buyer should look at getting this updated. It currently only shows a small amount of work they do. Current projects include –

• 97 houses at planning with agreement for detailed design stage in Kent
• Golf clubhouse redevelopment with associated apartments and lodges in Sussex
• Leisure development (pool/spa + holiday lodges) at a wedding venue in Kent
• Riverside redevelopment (in planning) for 69 apartments in Sussex
