A well known and highly regarded, independently owned wire rope splicing and rigging Company, specialising in the Manufacture of wire rope assemblies to exacting customer specifications.   The Company was formed just after the turn of the century by a husband and wife team after many years of working within the wire rope industry. The Company operates a Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015.

The Company occupies a fully equipped, dedicated 355m2 (3820sf) leasehold premises, providing a ‘one stop’ facility, with ready access to the extensive Midlands motorway network. The premises are held on  lease that expires early in 2026 and could either be renewed, or offers an excellent opportunity to re-locate the Company.

Average Turnover in recent years is £366km generating Adjusted net profit of adjusted EBITDA of £140k (adjusted for replacement of 2 outgoing directors). NBV circa £368k including surplus cash 160k.

The two shareholder/directors are now the only employees of the Company and are looking to retire. A reasonable hand-over period can be negotiated.
