The business is a pin code access control gym and has turnstiles in place, with our client investing alot of money into this system. This is a huge factor for small gyms as having this means that less staff will be needed to monitor customers entering and leaving. Customers will get a code to enter when they sign up/apply online.
Core Fitness accommodates to all fitness needs, offering a wide range of equipment with over 50 stations. Strength training equipment including resistance machines, plate loaded machines and a vast selection of dumbbells ranging up to 70kg. A full range of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, upright bikes, recumbent bikes and rowing machines. Also a fully equipped functional area available for use away from the gym floor. This is also used for fitness classes and for functional workouts. All members are entitled to a complimentary induction into the centre.
A training program specific to each individuals needs is also available as part of your membership; totally free of charge. All staff are fully qualified and very experienced in their knowledge of health and fitness. One of their team will sit down with you and set you out a plan, with specific goals, in detail, to get you started on your fitness journey with them.
