Newly opened sandwich shop in the heart of Lytham town centre.  Previously a franchise pie shop, we recently left the franchise and opened as an independent sandwich shop called The Mill Deli.

The shop is currently not making the turnover it used to make and due to personal reasons, we are unable to continue to put the maximum amount of effort the shop requires to make it successful.  Position is key, centre of town, on the sunny side of the street.  Lots of eateries and bars around and a thriving local community.  The shop has potential to be anything the new owner desires if not kept as a sandwich shop.

£20,000 all in.  Everything is included in the sale – all equipment and stock, packaging, cleaning equipment etc.  You could walk in and take over.  Could also include a large double door pie warmer and ambient cupboard in the price, if interested, that are currently in storage (worth another £2000).

Local events are coming up for the summer season – car show on the 21st June, Lytham club day on the 27th June and Lytham Music festival starting on 1st July (with income from workers up to 10 days before and 10 days after the event).  It’s the prime time to take over.
